We are operational in the whole of the EAST RAND AREA. We can save you all the headaches of arranging quotes and handling the insurance companies, as this is included in our services.
We are SUPPORTED by most big insurance companies and banking institutions, a benefit that save you lots of time and money (Claim bonuses, phone calls, quotes, etc.)

Our new HOME MAINTENANCE PLAN will be able to take all the DAILY problems of maintenance out of your hands. Our standard HOME MAINTENANCE PLAN is available from ONLY R500-00 per month

The MINIMUM TERM of the MAINTENANCE PLAN is 12 MONTHS. Our inspectors will INSPECT and REPORT all damages and problems to you when you decide to take up our maintenance plan.
The MAINTENANCE PLAN will save YOU lots of time and money.
The MAINTENANCE PLAN covers ALL types of damages in and around your home.
It won’t be necessary to call a plumber, electrician OR any contractor.
You won’t have to struggle yourself as we are ONLY a phone call away
You won’t have to pay any excess amounts to repair your damages
All Claims will be attended to within 48 hours
All Major or Urgent Problems WILL BE HANDLED as priority.
You will not loose your no claim bonus from your insurance company
Administration Fee -R150-00 & Inspection Fee – R600-00 per unit
This Includes an Inspection to verify condition of building.

FULL COVER MAINTENANCE PLAN – R850-00 (Cover all damages)
All outbuildings, garages and granny flats are excluded but can be included at extra charge as per schedule A.

Condition of Dwelling
Your home must be in an acceptable and good condition, or must be repaired to reasonable state before maintenance plan will be in effect. After we have inspected your home we will inform you what should be repaired. (Inspection Report)
We shall repair it at a reasonable cost (LABOUR ONLY)

All clients will be invoiced on a monthly basis. If any method or object were used to damage property deliberately all claims will be null and void
The owner will still be responsible to fulfil the premiums for the full term of the plan.
The MAINTENANCE PLAN DOES NOT REPLACE YOUR HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE
